Prior to any event we meet in person with all relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Incident Action Plan (IAP) that integrates us into the unified command. We are not there to replace existing fire & EMS resources, but to complement them. We work as a Group under your command structure, and operate as directed by the supervisor you designate. We do not condone freelancing, and it is not how we operate.
